I do not know why, that each time I open your journal, I am not quite as prepared for how awesome an experience this will be; then I begin to read about your adventures and admire the beautiful photos you have decided to share with us all – and I’m always blown away! And just a TINY bit envious! 😉
Thanks Lori. We’re obviously enjoying ourselves too much, despite some of the “bumps” in the road.
Lovely photos! I’m impressed that you guys were able to get such nice photos – these little flying creatures refused to stay still when we wanted to photograph them!
Thanks Heather, it was tough…they definitely would not stay still!! It only took hundreds to get a few good ones.
Wow! You are sure putting in a lot of energy and work on your blog! Those butterfly photos are not easy to get.
Rupert really appreciates those!
Really really impressive, but do you two ever get to rest at all?
Miss you guys! We are headed off for an adventure in Nicaragua for 10 days. Should be interesting. 2nd poorest country in the world. V and R
Yeah, it can be a bit of work, but it’s also our journal of the journey and glad when people enjoy it. Thanks for the compliments on the butterfly photos – they weren’t easy to get as the buggers won’t hold still! Sounds like you two have your own crazy adventure coming up. We’ll be looking for photos and a full report as we’ve thought about visiting Nicaragua in the past. You’ll be there for Rupert’s big 5-0, correct? Safe travels. We’ll be looking forward to pics from you two. Bisous.
All I can say is Beautiful pictures of beautiful butterflies… I so enjoy reading about your travels and adventures/mis-adventures. Life changing trip for sure!
Thanks Lenore, yes it’s been fun.
